Detroit Brewster.

Over the Christmas break Jessica, Devin, and myself visited the historic Brewster Projects (or what's left of it) to do some shooting. Built between 1935 and 1955, it was home to my granddad and famous singer Diana Ross. My granddad tells me stories about living their and still has a community newspaper dating back to when he was a child. Walking through the projects you can only imagine what it was like living their.  Now all is left is the vacant high rise buildings marked with graffiti. Plans to demolish the buildings and use the space for commercial use are in the works. Check the video and photos below, J Dilla on the beat.
